Can anyone recommend a good psychopharm handbook (preferrably paperback) for an inpt adult locums tenens assignment???

I don't have a lot of practical experience with some of the newer antipsychotics (asenapine, lurasidone); but have read about them. I have a lot of experience/knowledge of the older psychotropics.

thanks

I've found Stahl's to be a good go-to resource. It contains the important, need to know information, without being overly dense. Definitely a good buy; if you have an ipad that you carry around I would consider downloading it.

thanks - I ordered it from amazon last night (the paper, not electronic version)
