i know i probably won't get any replies... but, out of curiousity.... anybody know anything about puerto rico's EM program?
do the residents have difficulty finding jobs in the states? is the certification the same?
i noticed that PR has a program through ERAS. i was almost tempted to apply just for ****z and giggles & to visit puerto rico.
i guess it would have been silly to apply, since i wouldn't go there anyways.. something about doing a residency outside of the contiguous states held me back...
it would be cool to practice my spanish there in residency. i've heard through the grapevine that puerto rico has a significant spanish-speaking population....
