put down hours done or just the dates?

For example, do I need to put that I did over 150 hours of volunteering at a hospital or do I just put that the dates I've done them, how many years, etc. What about other activities, e.g. teaching, part time job, internships, clubs, etc? You put this in the experiences section right?

You put the dates (MM/YY to MM/YY) and then either the hours per week in a special box, or the total hours in the main text.

And yes, all of that stuff goes into activities. Try to compress the less impressive stuff (i.e., non medical jobs).

The dates and hours/week go on AMCAS. They can calculate total hours from that.

What if that is inconsistent? For example: sometimes I volunteer 2 hours per week while others its 6? In that case, would I just write the total number of hours and just forgo the hours/week?

I would probably just average out the hrs/week and use that.
