I've heard that QBank is more like the actual exam because it has more clinical vignettes, whereas medrevu is mostly straightforward questions. Medrevu is also questions from the BRS, NMS and BSS books, so if you're doing those, you'd probably see some repeats. For that reason alone, I'd do QBank instead.
