If my school emphasizes physiologic application of concepts (ex. How does v/q differ if you lie on the side, why do you get an irregularly irregular pulse with A-fib, etc.), do you know of any good q banks that would go over these kind of fun facts? Or anything for that matter? The q banks I've seen till now only go over the direct concepts as taught and don't really give questions where you change a variable and ask for the resulting effect. Any ideas? I would guess I'm not alone?
