For those who found a lot of questions on a specific topic, ie renal heavy:

Did you find that it was consistent from the first block? Would it be wise to skim a heavy topic after the first block?

I wasn't able to study anything at my test center in between sessions, I know some others were able to, most of those I spoke with said that studying in between didn't help.

No, it wouldn't be wise imo.

I think a lot of people make way too much of how slanted the test can be. People who leave the test and say "it was all behaviorial" or "it was all neuroanatomy" or "it was all pharm" or whatever really mean "there were a few more of those questions than I expected"

Even the people who say stuff like "there was almost no pharm" are probably mistaken. It's 350 questions- you aren't going to remember every one. One test may have 40 pharm questions total and another may have 35 and another 45, but you won't get a situation where one test has 90 pharm questions and another has 5.
