Q. Can anybody pls provide the explanation/reasons for:

1. decreased transferrin or TIBC in Anemia of chronic disease?(FA 2014, pg387)

2. Increased iron, Normal TIBC and increased ferritin in sideroblastic anemia.(FA2014, p383).
