QBank vs QReview

Is it worth buying the QReview service from Kaplan, which includes both Step 1 Qbank questions and also the Integrated clinical vignettes Qbank? Has anyone used this IV Qbank?

Or should I just stick to the Step1 QBank only (the one thats most often talked about on these forums).

I was lulled into buying Qreview with the simulated test and clinical vignettes, and I should have saved my money and just went with the simple Qbank (which isn't even that great). You're not missing out on much if you choose Qbank over Qreview except having them steal a little more money from you.
