hey guys, I have gotten this same q wrong several times. I just don't know how to differentiate between these.
Its qd 81 on acalcolous cholecytitis(no gallstones) .
In the explanation it says you see jaundice, positive murphys, paplable RUQ mass which you do NOT see in calcolous cholecytisis. I thought choclecytisis you do have positive murphys and all of the above .
What is the difference between acaclolous and the cholecystitis mentioned in FA?
Plz help if anyone has done this q on uw, just lost here
