QR on kaplan vs DAT

the QR on kaplan tests are killing me.
how much easier is the QR on the DAT?

also, for people who took it, did you guys re-write the problem on paper and then solve or try to do it in your head?
it seems like itll take too long to write all the junk down and then solve.

From what i've heard Kaplan QR is way tougher than what is actually tested on the real DAT. So take it easy but study hard!

I would try to do the easier ones in your head and the harder ones write down...not necesarrily the whole problem but maybe start with the first step. I just got a 16 on Kaplan's QR section and I missed the last 4 questions because I ran out of time.

The QR section is killing me too, I went and bought a book to practice some problems. Hopefully, I'll be able to bring my score up.
