question about AMCAS

okay, so i submitted my AMCAS half way through my quarter, and it ended and i got an A,A,A,B+.

should i send a new transcript to AMCAS? or to all the individual schools?

Don't submit a new transcript to AMCAS. Ask individual schools if they accept updates, and if they do, send them your transcript individually.
