Question about applying to GPR and Specialty using PASS?

So i'm in the process of applying for both GPRs and a specialty program. I'm just about done with PASS, but i'm a bit confused as to how I can have letters of rec, PPI, and institutional evaluations written in a way that would work for both type of programs without contradicting each other.

Any thoughts? Would appreciate any feedback.
