I also had the same question, but I would say "no". How does shadowing a dentist benefit the community? I can't think of any way in which it does.
The bottom line with that secondary is that ASDOH makes you put your service activities out in the open, and if you don't have any, there isn't much to put on the secondary! Kind of daunting!
