Question about clinicals for a 3rd or 4th yr UHS student

I have been accepted to UHS and plan on accepting. I would like to know from a 3rd or 4th year student how the system for selection of clinical rotation sites works. I understand that you get to choose in a lottery, but it appears that you have to choose at that time for both your years. Is this true and if so, are there some measures to alter you choices later if you believe you would prefer something else?

Does the school help you with these decisions? Do you feel that you have enough info to make the right decisions?
