Will ADCOMs look poorly on the fact I have so little volunteer experience compared to paid clinical experience?
My current ECs are:
-(employment) 3000 hours as patient transporter in a large hospital; includes experience interacting with countless doctors in practically every field as well as direct pt interaction
-(employment; current) 400 hours as a rehab coach; includes patient care, vital signs, conducting patient exercises, charting, etc
-(shadowing) 20 Hours total with oncologist and infectious disease
-medical missions trip
-Original ecological research; currently working on manuscript for publication in low impact ecology journal
-(volunteer; current) 50 hours with homeless organization
