Question about generating PPI on PASS

Hey guys, quick question before submitting my PASS app.
If I have 4 PPIs , is it possible to generate a PPI report with only 3 PPIs?
I'm too scared to click the next icon and have the PPI report irreversibly include that 4th PPI.

I think you can choose which PPI's to include to be sent to PASS. or better, why not delete the 4th one before sending? You would not be able to use it after the report is sent anyways.

I'm curious as to why you would request a PPI if you didn't want to use it.
