Does anyone here know of anyone who got into an American Allopathic (MD) school from an Ivy league undergrad with a 3.2 overall, 2.8 BCPM average or something around that range? If so, where did they go?

Is that Ivy Harvard or Brown? There's a rather large difference. In any case, a 2.8 BCPM is very low and without a post-bac or masters in science, with a much higher gpa, extremely unlikely to get a non-URM/peace corps volunteer type in to any MD school.

you don't get much of a break for a low gpa...if you were being compared to a 2.8 at podunk then you'd get the edge.
