Question about graduate letter of recommendation

I am applying to med schools now and I am currently enrolled in an SMP. On most of the secondary applications I am filling out the school seems to require a letter of recommendation from my graduate adviser, since I am enrolled in a master's program. However, I just started my SMP so I will not have a letter of recommendation until a few months from now. My question is will schools consider my application complete without the graduate recommendation letter?
