Question about letters of rec

So I know we need 2 science letters of rec. I've heard that one should be in a hard science. Do you think getting one from a invertebrate biology professor (we basically just studied invertebrate lineages and had lab practicals where we identify different types of invertebrates) and one from a physical oceanography professor (basically a physics class relating to the ocean) suffice? Or do I need one from a genetics or molecular bio teacher or something? Thanks
