Hi,

I am an M3 set on applying into ENT. I will likely have 3 LORs from ENT faculty members, and I am still deciding whether to ask a general surgery attending--with whom I did research with after my first year (published 3 papers) but with whom I have limited experience in the clinical setting--or an internal medicine attending who wrote me a great eval during my medicine clerkship to write me my 4th LOR. Would PDs even read a letter from a medicine attending?

Thanks.

Yes.

It's another perspective, although I would value the ENT letters more.
