One of the 2nd App question I got is:
"What is your most significant achievement outside the classroom"?

I am still a college student at the moment. Is this limited to the achievement in the college years? Or it can also include the achievement pre-College, such as sport awards at the national level?

Anything at anytime... It can be from high school if that's what you are asking. The real question in this prompt isn't asking about your achievement but rather your maturity level. Someone with no life experience will say something that many have achieved... Try to go for an achievement that makes you unique and something that shows your maturity/readiness for med school.
