I am intersted in applying to the NYC DOE occupational scholarship. However, the application deadline is April 1st and by then I'm not sure if I will have heard back from all the schools I am applying to or even know where I am going. Does anyone know if you can apply to the scholarship in the spring of your first year as an OT student and have your loans for the first year forgiven?? Thanks!
