Question about recording volunteer hours

So I have about 70 hours from oral surgery clinic
and it was through my school system

We have the option of recording this on my transcript, but in addition you have to write an essay and everything

My question is how do dental schools verify your volunteer hours besides you telling them on application?

My question is how do dental schools verify your volunteer hours besides you telling them on application?

You have to give them the name of the supervisor on the AADSAS application, and some secondary applications will ask for more specific information than that. I think for the most part they just trust you, but may ask you more specific questions about your experiences during interviews. That's probably when they would find out how accurate you were in your descriptions.
