Question about Secondary Essays...

Hi everyone,
I'm somewhat new to this forum, mostly a lurker. Anyway, I have a question regarding the essays on secondary applications. Some are pretty clear, (ex: 500 words or less). For the essays that say one page or less, 1/2 page or provide an actual space on a form, should the essay be double-spaced or single-spaced? Either way would make a difference on the amount of content. The secondary applications do not specify on this.

half page double-spaced isn't very much at all.. not enough to even begin an answer, so i've taken the not-so-definitive length limits to mean single-spaced..

Yeah, you're right...half a page double-spaced really isn't anything. I was leaning on single-spaced (so I can definitely say more), but I wasn't sure if there was some hidden rule that you're suppose to do double-spaced on these essays. Thanks for you help on this!

I'm so overwhelmed with the number of secondaries I have here--how about you guys? 😱
