I'm working on my application right now. For one of my future courses I listed on my application for my minor, I decided that I would take it the summer (May to June) before Medical School. Will Medical Schools look down upon this, or does it not really matter?

No offense, but no one cares about your minor. Including med schools.

Edit: on a less sarcastic note amcas specifically states that the future course work is non-binding. As long as it's not a prerequisite course for the school you're going to it won't be a problem.
