question about the scope of exam

i'm currently still a dental student but i want to prepare for the nbde as i study along with some of the subjects. i'm just wondering how much each subject does the exam cover? for example, when the test content says "gross anatomy" does it include information from abdomen/thorax/pelvis? or is it mostly focused on head and neck?
