Question about Transcripts

My AMCAS application shows that I have two academic careers, Undergrad and Graduate. When I went to print out the transcript request forms I ended up printing one for each career. However my school said they only send out one transcript that includes everything. Any idea if this will mess things up because AMCAS is expecting two separate transcripts?

i had the same exact situation this past application cycle. It did NOT create any problems so you should be just fine.
