Hey everyone! I was writing a letter to update some of the schools I am waitlisted at and also my number one choice, which I have not yet heard from yet. I was wondering if I should mention in my letter that although I received a fairly large scholarship from another medical school I have been accepted at, I would still like to attend their school. Or should I just not mention this scholarship? I can see where it might not be helpful to mention another school but on the other hand it is still a pretty difficult accomplishment and might look good, even if this med school is not as "superior" to the ones I will be writing too. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks! :)

Work it in to make the school you want better.

How about "even tho i am accepted at XYZ medical school and offered the ABC scholarship, UCSD medical school is my first choice school because OMG you guys rock and are by FAR the best medical school i've seen so far."

change the last part to reasons why the school's your #1 choice to appear more professional/sane <img src="http://www.dvdtalk.com/forum/images/smilies/colrface.gif" alt="" />

Thanks for the advice Hero! Anyone else?
