Question Bout Early Decision

does medical schools such as MCG even interview anyone who is regular decision at this point??? or do they do all the early dec. students and then go to the regular decision??

in other words whether the secondary is submitted this week or next two months and u r early decision does it matter?????????/

I think they do all ED applicants first, then regular.
