Question for 3rd and 4th years

I was just wondering how difficult it is to get good grades during your clinic years. I?m in my first year so we are taking basic sciences right now and my class is pretty much spread out over the entire grading scale. Is that the same way in clinic, or is it one of those things where it is really hard to get an A, but you have to be a complete boner to get a C? Were the top 10 students after your first year, the same 10 after the 3rd or 4th year?
