QUESTION FOR ANYONE WHO KNOWS ABOUT JOURNALS

Does anyone know of a journal that will publish a pediatric surgical (urological) case report that is pubmed indexed and will publish it for free. Im noticing a lot of the pubmed indexed journals that take case reports are the online ones and they charge money (like 500 bucks). Anyone help me out?

No, because I think that journals where you don't have to pay are more prestigious and I want one of those. Also, attending aren't going to pay to publish a case report since they don't gain anything from it at all. It's mainly my benefit.
