I was just wondering if there are a lot students who dont live in Glencove area . Iam planning to move to bronx. according to driving direction distance is about 24 miles and estimated time is 50 mins but I thought real picture might be different. so I would appreciate if any of you could give me some info about that.

Hi,

I go to NYCOM and live in Brooklyn, about 35 miles away from campus. It usually takes me about an hour to travel in the mornings. In the afternoon, if I leave campus at 5:00, it can take about an hour and a half. Make sure you leave plenty of time on exam days.

I know several people who commute from the city, so it clearly can be done, but most live in the area surrounding the school.

Hope this helps.
