Question for entering on AMCAS

Two questions:

1. Should I be using the word "I" for the descriptions...like should I say "I worked at XYZ" or should it be "Worked at XYZ" ?

2. If I started a company should I list myself as the contact info or should I leave it blank. (I don't have any employees really I would want to list)

Doesn't really matter if you use "I" or not.

And leave it blank, if you make it clear you started the company in the descriptions, they will understand.
