We never really learned about glaucoma at my school, I have had one or two questions from Qbank and none from USMLEW about these drugs, my question to the vets is should I spend my time on these drugs at all? Did you see any questions on them on your test?

I'm not one of the vets, but since glaucoma is a leading cause of adult blindness I think there's a good chance you'll encounter it. There's basically three categories--muscarinics, alpha 2 agonists and beta blockers to increase flow and decrease aqueous humor production. Plus latanoprost and Acetazolamide. If you remember that you could reason your way to an answer.
