My columbia interview was pretty laid back. I wouldn't worry about it too much, just relax. My interviewer was pretty cool, as were the other ones i briefly spoke to.

The one thing I wish I had known ahead of time was how asian it is there. When we walked into a 1st year pre-clinic lab i was pretty shocked with the lack of diversity. I mean, it's like Case Western, with Asians in place of mormons! I've also heard from columbia grads that it's very cliquey.

Overall, NYC is not for the claustrophobic, nor for those without much money. 👎
