Question on Pass/Fail a class I'm taking out of interest

I'm currently taking an intro bioethics course for fun. I don't really need it for GPA boost (3.9) or for my major so I was wondering whether you guys have any advice or story on how medical school might look at my profile if I pass/fail the class.

It's fine. There is a pernicious premed delusion lately that P.F electives are worse than F's.
