Hi! I applied for the NYS license after completing advanced standing program and 1 year GPR. After the transcript evaluation by the NYS board only 30 credits out of required 60 were accepted. I was suggested going back to college or taking CLEP/DSST? tests to get the missing 30 credits. Also I was recommended to take non-science courses so my credits don't duplicate, i.e. history, art, etc. Has someone had to go through this process? I don't have time or desire to enroll into college, tests only get you 3-5 credits per test so I would have to take quite a few to get to 30. I would like to hear from dentists who were in the similar situation. Thank you!

Hi Absit, any luck with your situation? As the NYS told me the same thing right now.
