I see that schools' 10% are around 3.5 GPA or 3.4 sGPA and 32 MCAT..
does this mean that a student with a 3.5 GPA/3.4 sGPA and 32 MCAT actually has a chance or does this mean one applicant got accepted with a >3.5 GPA and 32 MCAT or 3.5 GPA and >32 MCAT?

The upcoming application cycle jitters are starting to get to me..

You should take into consideration that the percentiles for MCAT and GPA are calculated independently. An applicant with a low percentile GPA for the school probably had a higher MCAT and vice versa. The number of applicants getting in with BOTH GPA and MCAT below the 10th percentile is going to be a very small, select group of people who most likely have extenuating circumstances and interesting life stories.
