    Hi everyone
I have question. When someone such as a prof write you a LOR, do they mail it back to my advisor, or do I have them mail it straight to my schools of interest??? It seems silly to have them have to photo so many letters.
    Thanks

They should mail it directly to the school(s) you are applying to.

Actually, if you have premedical board then you should have the prof. mail it to the committee. They will then make up a composite letter and attach an offical copy of the LOR with their letter to all the schools you are applying. This is how it worked with my board at least.

At my school the preprofessional (they covered premed, predental students etc.) office opened up a file for me. LOR's were sent to the office and put into my file. When all my letters were in, I gave the office a list of schools I wanted them sent to and they sent them for me.
