Questions about applying to med school

Do schools require applicants to have finished all prerequisites by the time of application? By the time I apply I will still have to complete 2 O-chem labs and 1 Physics lab, but will have done everything else. I would like to postpone taking the labs next semester because I need to study for the MCAT.

you must finish all prerequisites by the time you matriculate. on the applications you can list them as "in progress."
