I am a Canadian citizen studying in US med school planning on going into either peds or anes and I do not mind coming back to work for 2 years in Ontario.
Just wondering if anyone has experience or even trouble obtaining that Statement of Need from Canada?
What if the person from Canada refuses to sign your Statement of Need? Does it mean you are royally screwed for your residency spot that only offers you a J-1 (you have to give it up)?
