anyone around 3.5 and 29 get into out of state schools such as UIC, Dartmouth, NYMC and VCU? Thhanks

Those numbers are pretty close to the averages for NYMC and VCU, but a bit out of the range of UIC (OOS) and Dartmouth.

If you got the interviews already you should go to them! They apparently like you enough to give you one, so go!

Go to all your interviews until you have an acceptance in hand. Then just don't go to the interviews for schools that you would not goto over your acceptance.

To echo the other applicants, yeah, I'd go to interviews until you get in somewhere you like more than the schools you have interviews at.
 
Simply put: there is no good reason to decline an interview before an acceptance (even financial).
