Questions regarding letters of recommendations for residency programs.....

Hey guys,

I goto an off-shore school.

What are the guidelines for the LORs?

Do they have to have the hospital/school letter head? What color ink should the doctors use to signed them? (yes, I've actually been told that it should be in black, and others told me blue).

I feel like I'm forgetting some other questions I had, so any other input is appreciated.
