i have a test tomorrow and CANNOT understand this section of my notes for the life of me.

i even tried to google it, but that didn't help.

can anyone explain the limitations of the Grignard Reaction? as in, what will not react at all when doing this?

This is probably wrong, and this thread will soon be moved, but a tertiary oxygen won't react I think.
