Hey everyone, a friend wanted me to help them out with this, but I just want to double confirm it since I've not reviewed this in a min. Can you look at the following question and let me know what u
think. The options are increased, decreased and not changed given the
condition which is genetic defect in dystrophin. Thanks so much!!

Disturbance or abnormality: Genetic defect in dystrophin.

Amount of neurotransmitter released from the motor neuron terminal
(in response to each neural action potential). (Not changed)

Size of end plate potential (i.e. amount by which end plate is
depolarized). Not changed

Liklihood of action potential(s) occuring in skeletal muscle fibers.
(Increased)

Duration of active state in skeletal muscle fibers. (Decreased)

Isometric force developed. (Decreased)

This sounds like a MSU LON-CAPA question! :) Here it is:

Disturbance or abnormality: Genetic defect in dystrophin.

Not changed: Amount of neurotransmitter released from the motor neuron terminal (in response to each neural action potential).

Not changed: Size of end plate potential (i.e. amount by which end plate is depolarized).

Not changed: Liklihood of action potential(s) occuring in skeletal muscle fibers.

Not changed: Duration of active state in skeletal muscle fibers.

Decreased: Isometric force developed.
