Some idiot posted a "NEW" book, and when I got it, it was very used indeed. I could have bought the "USED" book for far cheaper amount. Is there anything I can do about this, or what? Can I get my money back?

Contact the Amazon marketplace seller who sold you the book. If he/she doesn't cooperate, contact Amazon.

There is a place on Amazon to file a complaint if you can't work things out with your seller. Then they send the Amazon mafia to the sellers house and force the truth out of them.

He is not cooperating, sending me an email that I am lying and that I put the marks there!

Yeah then file a complaint. I'm not sure if you'll be able to get your money back, but at least he won't be able to trick other ppl into buying his used books.

I sell my books on Amazon... I swear it wasn't from me!

Contact Amazon. They have the seller's account info, I'm sure there is something they can do to refund your money. You should also put remarks on the seller's account to discourage anyone else from buying from them.
