Everytime I'm asked to do something on rotations that no one (including me) wants to do I say this to myself. Basically says I can handle anything, and generally has helped me earn respect from preceptors, when I'd really rather bitch out and do anything else.
P.S. The double negative is for the 'street' emphasis, not to be taken literally.
