Take this, run and never ever ever look back. Sinai is an amazing school and not having to take the MCAT and do AMCAS is an incredible privilege that would be devastating to turn down. I believe they require you to write an honors thesis in undergrad, this is the only downfall but so worth it (especially if you were considering writing one anyway).
