I've been told by my battalion personnel officer that PERSCOM is going to automatically change everyone that is current on the ADL (active duty list) to Regular Army. What exactly does this mean? Are medical corps officers able to decline this?
I have yet to hear anything from my branch manager on this. I emailed him a week ago and have not gotten a response.
