Certain people feel its too high and have thought that for a while now. Talking to our residents and the ones at my former program it sounded like a substantially harder test than I took last year. That test was almost as hard as any in service I ever took and disproportionately focused on obscure topics. It wasn't really what I (or my co-residents and friend circle) expected based on our attendings and former co-resident's experiences. Good luck to everyone. This is frustrating but its is what it is.
